In the past year since going to The Gallery my hair has been completely transformed form being an over dyed dark brunette to the fabulous blond colour it is now! Some people who have not seen me in a while hardly recognise me, even my best friend walked straight past me, when on holiday I went to meet her in the hotel foyer! I just love my new colour and this has given me so much more confidence. Richard is a genius with colour and is also very personable, I greatly enjoy my visits to The Gallery and our chats. I recently got married for the second time and was just so delighted with how the photos of my new look turned out. Jade is amazing! I came in with a terrible hair style - overgrown and in a bad way. Jade was professional with her good advice, opinions but with room for me to make my own informed decision. Having moved from Essex to Sussex I have been searching for a good hairdresser who understands colour. I had a free initial consultation with Jess who really understood the issues I was having with grey transition. I have just come back from my first cut and colour and have been blown away with the amazing job Jess did. I cannot recommend her enough. I left with a smile on my face feeling really good about my hair.

I went to the Gallery today, first time after lockdown. The team as always were friendly and reassuring. A phone call the day before allowed me to ask questions and to inform me of procedures on arrival. The checks were unobtrusive and reassuring. Staff wore PPE and bless them, they carried on wearing visors cheerfully. Thankyou to Len and the team for putting everything in place to maintain our safety and for working long hours to “ sort us out”! Amazing !!! I went from dyed dark brown to balayage blonde. They also do a hair sample cut before your appointment so they can see if the bleaching will work to your expectations. Definitely coming back

Left the salon over the moon today, feel like Elise knew what I wanted more than I did, she’s done an unreal job at blending and refreshing my dodgy home colour while maintaining the condition. Really impressed by how attentive and welcoming all the staff were, and how high the standards were at the salon. Absolutely no doubt I’ll be back again next time I need anything done. Perfect as per usual. I have been loyal to Charlotte for nearly nine years, she is an exceptional artist who always boosts my confidence and makes me feel incredible. Charlotte is knowledgeable, really listens to what I am after and understands exactly the way my hair works and how to keep it in best condition. Such a lovely service given here - definitely worth the 5*. The massage chair has been a fab bonus while I was having my hair washed. Special thanks to Paige and Jade:)
